  • CME ACCREDITATION

    Ultrasound Town offers sonography-focused online continuing medical education (CMEs). All Ultrasound Town courses are approved by ASRT for Category A credit. ARDMS, ARRT, CCI, Sonography Canada, and most other credentialing organizations accept the Category A credit assigned to each Ultrasound Town course by the ASRT.


  • Are your CMEs accepted by ARDMS, ARRT, CCI, and Sonography Canada?

     Yes, all Ultrasound Town’s courses are accepted by the ARDMS, ARRT, CCI, and Sonography Canada.


  • Can I view or print out the test questions before I take the test?

    Yes. Feel free to view and print out the test questions at any time.


  • How long will I retain access to a course or a Discount Bundle?

    The Discount Bundle or any course purchased individually expires on December 31 of the year you sign up.


  • What is the course format? Can I go at my own pace?
    • Every course is crafted with an extensive array of sonographic and additional radiologic images that cover relevant pathologies. At the conclusion of each course, participants must complete a test. The number of questions varies with the course's credit value, ensuring a minimum of 8 questions for each credit.
    • To earn the certificate, you must complete the course entirely (100%). For added convenience, you can preview and print the test questions before attempting the actual test. Participants are given three chances to pass the test at the end of a course, requiring a minimum score of 75% to earn a certificate.
    • Upon full completion of the course, participants can instantly download a certificate. This can be printed immediately for submission to your accrediting organization or accessed anytime from your dashboard.
    • The learning pace is set by you; log in and out as needed. All progress is securely saved online, allowing you to pause and resume your studies whenever you wish.


  • How do I claim my certificate?

    As soon as you complete a course in its entirety, you can instantly download your certificate. This allows for immediate printing and submission to your accrediting body, or you can choose to access it whenever needed from your Dashboard. Your certificates are permanently housed on your ultrasoundtown.com Dashboard, ensuring they are always within reach. Just log into “My Account” and click on “Certificates” to retrieve them at any time.


  • How do I upload my certificate to my ARDMS bank?
  • Do you report my CME to ARDMS or other credentialing organizations?

    No. Your certificates are securely archived on your ultrasoundtown.com Dashboard and remain continuously accessible. Please provide them to your credentialing organization as needed.
